The Album Cover Game

Thanks, Lakota. The rules follow (I am such a novice, don't even laugh):

Rules:

1. Go to Wikipedia - The first article title on the page is the name of your band.
2. Click
Random Quotes The last four words of the very last quote is the title of your album.
3. Visit
Flickr- The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4. Use your graphics program of choice to throw them together, and post the result.
5. Have fun!

  3. I completely agree!

Mapi, this thing would sell a million albums I bet! Really.

Mark my words, we're gonna see this name, and Kota's get scooped up and on the charts.

I think we should start a business doing this. We create, copyright, and offer them for sale. I bet we'd make a fortune.

  4. Yeah, you know, makes me wonder where people are making their buko-bucks if this took me 15 minutes this morning while telling one child to get her shoes on and the other to quit using me as monkey bars...

I see yours on the front of a New Age album. Totally. Mine--country or alternative. Kota's...could go anywhwere.

  5. Kota's I see on a dance/electronica band. Or european Metal band..

Yeah, mine would be folk/new age/elemental type for sure.

Yours I can see as more of a pop/alternative/rock/top 40's band.

I could see the three of us on the cover of Forbes.

  8. Cool meme. I'm about to post it on my blog. Only problem is that the picture is the third one of the third try... the first two would copy.

  9. Hi, Annabel:

It is pretty fun...I was NOT expecting the success I had. I had to take a picture of my screen with this program that I have, then crop that. But it seemed to work. Amazing! And I have seen a few of them--they are good and the serendipitous thing about it all, everything seems to match up so nicely.

    Be well...
